There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, making things a bit awkward post-shower, and the lack of bath mats results in a perpetually wet floor. I also found the bed slightly tilted, which was uncomfortable, and the heating system had a mind of its own, turning on unexpectedly when you tried to turn it off. With only two towels provided but no smaller ones, the bathroom essentials could use an upgrade.
